Gwyneth is the Commissioning Home Manager at Kingfisher House, bringing with her over 30 years of nursing expertise and extensive leadership experience as a Care Home Manager. Throughout her career, Gwyneth has championed a person-centred approach, ensuring that each resident is treated with the utmost dignity and respect.

Starting her professional journey as a frontline nurse, Gwyneth has gained in-depth knowledge across elderly, dementia, nursing, and palliative care. She is proud to offer these high standards of care to the local community in Perth.

With extensive experience in care, a passion for supporting residents and a commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment. Diane brings the leadership and compassion we value deeply. She works closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of care.

My name is Emma, and after 18 wonderful years in the hospitality industry, I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter as the Business Administrator at Kingfisher Care Home. I’m deeply passionate about people and about fostering welcoming, supportive, and homely environments. My door is always open—whether you’d like to stop by for a chat or share a coffee, I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Totyu (Toti) has been involved in the art of cooking for more than 20 years, building extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques for Scottish, French, and Mediterranean cuisine. Every dish prepared speaks volumes of commitment to flavour and authenticity. Toti takes pride in sourcing fresh and locally acquired ingredients to craft meals that are both nutritious and indulgent.

I’m excited to be part of this new beginning to help and create a welcoming, caring environment for our residents. I hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have extensive experience supporting older adults, including those with dementia and those needing palliative care. My goal is to ensure every residents feels respected, valued and truly at home.

Lana is our Head Housekeeper, whose extensive expertise in housekeeping brings both precision and warmth to everything she does. With years of experience and a tireless work ethic, she takes full ownership of her responsibilities and leads her team with diligence and pride. What truly sets her apart is her heartfelt dedication to the people who live here. She understands that a care home is more than just a place to stay – it’s a place to feel safe, valued and at peace. Her genuine desire to look after residents and their accommodation shines through in every aspect of her work, helping to create an environment that feels not just cared for bu truly cared about.

With over ten years of experience in customer service, I have developed a genuine passion for helping and supporting others. I am very much a people person and take great pride in offering warm, friendly and professional welcome to everyone who walks through Kingfisher’s doors.

I have a multitrade background spanning from electrical, plumbing, joinery, flooring and full property maintenance. I chose to move into care home maintenance because I wanted my skills to have more of a direct impact on people’s daily lives. In a care home, maintenance is not just about buildings, it’s about safety, dignity, comfort and creating a secure place for residents.
